The Boundary Commission have published their proposals whereby the constituency of Eddisbury is abolished and Barrow will be in the new constituency of Runcorn and Helsby. This ranges from Stamford Bridge, Mickle Trafford and Stanlow in the west to Daresbury and Manor Park business parks to the east of Runcorn.

The proposals can be found on www.bcereviews.org.uk. Alternatively on the CWAC website searching for boundary changes.

The consultation for comment on the proposals runs until 2nd August.
