We are proud to welcome you to Barrow CE Primary School which is situated in the village of Great Barrow in the heart of the Cheshire countryside 5 miles from the historic city of Chester.

Our small school was founded in 1865 in an historic Victorian building set in attractive school grounds. It is full of character and is a place where creative teaching meets with traditional values. Our Church School ethos is distinct and is supported by Christian values that run through our curriculum and underpin all that we do. It is our mission to ensure that all of our pupils feel valued as unique children of God.

Our school has two classes:

Acorn Class: Reception, Year One and Year Two 

Willow Class: Years Three, Four, Five and Six
