Best Blooms in Barrow

Calling All Budding Gardeners/Photographers/Artists

As we were unable to hold the Rose Show in the Village Hall this year we are inviting you to share a picture of your best bloom or a drawing of a flower, on the village website www.greatbarrow.com.

This will not be a competition but a chance to showcase the wonderful talents that we share in this caring community. There will be a category for adult entries and another for entries of anyone aged under 16. Normally at the Rose Show the hall would have been beautifully decorated with all the wonderful, colourful creations made by the children at the primary school. Hopefully this will be a chance for them to share their creations during lockdown.

Please send your photos/image of drawing to barrowchesterwebsite@gmail.com, where they will be displayed on the Gallery page.

There is no closing date for this, hopefully, it will be something we can continue to contribute to throughout the summer/autumn. So please start sending your photos in. We can’t wait to see them.
