Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Barrow Parish Playing Fields Foundation (BPPFF) will be held on Tuesday 31 August 2021 from 7- 7.30 pm at The Pavilion, Barrow Village Playing Fields, Lampits Lane, Great Barrow CH3 7JL, in order to conduct the following business:

1. Record Apologies for absence
2. Approve the Minutes of the previous AGM
3. Receive the Chair’s report
4. Receive the Financial Report for the Financial Year 2020 – 2021.

Note: All inhabitants of the Parish of Barrow Cheshire aged over 18 years are eligible to attend the meeting.
